Well I found some answers to my grandfather puzzle. His parents were John M Trogdon and Mary Kemp Trogdon, buried in Browers Chapel United Meth Ch cemetery in Randolph County. Carl Trogdon had a brother, Flavus, and two sisters, Bertha Trogdon Ragsdale and Lola Trogdon Underwood. Bertha is interred at Brower's Cemetery and Lola is buried somewhere in Pleasant Garden, NC.

I was told I could contact a Doris Steed in Asheboro, who would know where Flavus is buried.

If anyone has information regarding the family storied about my Dad, I would like to know if I have a half brother somewhere.
