If I find anyone on this forum nosing around in my personal business, using fake identities, then that person best beware. I have not asked for any help tracing my roots because I do not need it. Everything-most everything-I need is a matter of public record, free to access, cheap to copy. The balance of what I might need is going to come from direct interviews with living relatives, that is if their trust hasn't been exploited by a person who was asked to just leave things alone and didn't respect my request.
