This is in reference to Snoop Dawg. Saying you are sorry you made someone mad isn't the same as saying you are sorry for doing something that made someone mad and then claiming that something and naming that something.
It isn't an apology at all.
I am reminded of the game show What's My Line_at the end the host always said, "Will the real person please stand up?"
Perhaps when this person grows up a little bit and matures in their actions, then they can return to Gen Forum and the trust factor may be there, but for now I wouldn't advise this person to be snooping around in matters that don't concern their own genealogy.
