Jacob Heinrich "Henry" TROLINGER moved from Orange Co. NC to Montgomery (now Pulaski) Co. VA, where he operated a saltpeter mine and accumulated large land holdings. One published source says he moved in 1776, but the earliest record is the 1782 tax list, which shows that he had already amassed 800 acres. Can anyone provide an earlier date for his move from NC to VA? Seeking the identity of a Margaret TROLINGER who m. abt. 1765 in VA to John SARVER or SERVER.
