I have made contact with some third cousins that have traced their Trollinger line back to 1572 in Germany. The original name was Droellinger and was brought over (by my ancestor) by Adam Drollinger. The name has been changed to Droellinger, Drollinger, Trolinger, Trollinger, Trullinger, etc., as a result of illiteracy in earlier centuries. Ellen's parents were Milton and Mariah Trullinger, m. May 18, 1866 (Milton's first marriage was to Margaret Carr and they had six children before she died). Children of Milton and Mariah: Reuben Wade, Loren Blodgett, Ellen, John Bunyon, Marietta Beatrice, Irving, and Arcadia.
