Have you found any information to satisfy your question? This one is kind of puzzling. The only Mary Troyer born in America that could have possibly married in 1784 would have been Michael Troyer's Mary, who was born in 1768. She had five sisters and eight brothers (none named Adam). It is possible that a later arriving Troyer would have been here at that time, but I have seen no records to indicate any additional Troyer (Triar, Treyer, Dreher, Dreyer, etc.) arriving after Michael Troyer that would fit the dates your provide. Please let me know if you've found other records.
