Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Troyer DNA Project Initiated-Need reps of key Male lines

In the large family of Michael Troyer, Amish immigrant, (born c1730 died 1809) a test sample has already been submitted for a descendant of TY7.

To allow us to determine the DNA profile for Michael himself, we'll need to triangulate between the lines of two sons, three if there is a mutation shown in one of the lines.

So we need representatives of the TYc, TY8, TY3, TY2, or TY1 lines.

Contact cyoder@tds.net if you can help with this effort.
