Re checked at the library and there is no doubt. Andrew John Troyer's death notice states that he is from Lancaster.He was born in 1828 and died in New Orleans in 1905. He and Mary Menton had 5 children, John H, Avonia, William, Aline and Charles Henry. All died in New Orleans. John H. Troyer is my grandfather. Therefore I am stuck at this point unless I can make a connection in Lancster.
