Thank you. I think I need to find this book somewhere. Is there any place that I can purchase it that you know of?

I do have some verification that Blanche is their daughter because I have her death certificate with parents and location information listed. She was born in May 1869 in Clinton Mills, NY (she died on 2 May 1928 at the age of 58 years, 11 months, and 20 days, so if my math is right that would have made her date of birth 12 May 1869)and died in North Adams, MA. The information about her parentage may have been provided by her husband, my great-grandfather John Viens, because he died in 1934 and would have known his in-laws.

I did have someone find records of three other children baptised at Churubusco, NY, just down the road from Clinton Mills, in the early 1870's, so I am wondering where she may have been baptised since her information was not listed.

You would have to guess I am very excited now because I have been looking for this information for nearly six years, but there was a name mix-up at the church where my grandfather was baptised in MA and it threw me off the track.

Thanks again, Marie
