Dear Gene,

David & Susanna Phillips TRUELOVE were my Great Great Grandparents. Their daughter MATTIE TRUELOVE PARKER was my maternal Great Grandmother; and her daughter LAURA ALICE STRICKLAND was my beloved grandmother.

I remember my Great Uncle Chester TRUELOVE (who was Mattie's brother) who lived in Long Island New York. I do not remember the other brothers and sisters, although a few of my great Aunts have given me a few names. I have not as yet been researching our TRUELOVE history for very long. I was informed by family members that the TRUELOVES were of Indian Blood, but no one seems to know which kind. Some said perhaps CREEK; some say maybe CHEROKEE.(My grandmother hid this fact from us & I just found this out a year ago.) I would also like to know where they are buried. Whatever info you may provide will be a blessing!

I also noticed you may have the COAT of ARMS and history. I would really appreciate any knowledge you may be able to help me with.

Do you descend from this line also?

I'll be looking forward to hearing from you!
