Six children of Benjamin and Johannah Perry Jones moved from Warren County to Franklin County shortly after Benjamin's death in 1777 and settled in the Crooked Creek area. They were Jane Darnall, Ann Paschall, and Adam, Thomas, Susannah and James Jones. Susannah Jones, is the one who had children by William Truelove. I am a descendent of Thomas Jones, so Susannah was my ggggaunt. Most of these Jones' migrated on to Georgia in about 1785.

I do not know of any Jones relatives who moved to Tennessee and do not know where Henry Jones fits in with other Jones' of Franklin Co., NC. Sorry that I cannot be of help.
