Larry--The documents that I have are photocopies of records from the library in Peru&Wabash. Upstairs at the library in Wabash is the Genealogy Dept (think that is the name) I got some photocopies from there. Land plot maps of Waltz Twnshp with Conrad and Silas land marked, letter from James Emmett Post on the death of Silas. The Peru Library also has cemetery records. Conrad was buried in Vernon and Sarah in Ogan both were moved in the Mississinewa Res. project. They also have Silas' family and others listed for other cemeteries. I also got copies of marriage and census records. If you can't find any of these email me direct and I'll make a copy of mine and snailmail them to you. It was on the census record of 1850for Wabash Cty that Lucy's name is spelled Lucina. I wrote to the county clerk office and obtained Lucy's death certificate and have picture of her grave. I'll have to ask my Mom exactly where it is as I have only been there once. Lucy's second husband was Andrew Brenning(have photocopy of marriage license). Michael Dagnan was her first husband. The best information I found on the Truss' was at the LDS website (familysearch.com),enter Conrad Truss&United States and it will come up. Go to pedigree or ancestry and click on family each name takes you to that page. There is also a submitters name. I also found a website in Germany(rootsweb.com/genbbs.cgi/Germany/Hessen) I hope some of this at least gives you a starting point. Let me know.
