Charity E. Tucker
Ms. Charity E. Tucker, age 69, of New Castle, DE, died peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on Thursday, December 13, 2007, after a short battle with lung cancer. She is survived by her fiancé, soul mate and life partner of 26 years, Walter S. Kwoka, with whom she lived in New Castle, DE.
Ms. Tucker was born in Washington County, TN on August 18, 1938, the youngest of 14 children born to the late James Hubert Tucker and Sarah Loretta Tucker.
