Hi Walter, Could the following link be your Seaborn (Sebern) Tucker? Sebern Tucker page by Michael Tucker http://worldconnect.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&db=tucker_clan1&id=I06126 It has the right dates for your father and shows Sebern's grandfather as a Daniel Tucker. I seem to keep running into this Tucker line as I search for the father of Robert Tucker (1777 NC - 1866 AR), my wife's 4G grandfather. Ancestors of William Marvin Tucker (wife's father) http://genforum.genealogy.com/tucker/messages/11256.html My wife's second cousin once removed, Harold "Ray" Tucker (27981), is a participant in the Tucker Surname Project at Family Tree DNA. Tucker FamilyTreeDNA Project Website (scroll down for lineage) http://www.familytreedna.com/public/tucker/ The Tucker Surname Project uses the Tucker Cousins Discussion Group to discuss their results and traditional genealogical research. Tucker Cousins Discussion Group http://groups.yahoo.com/group/TUCKERS/ You have to join the Tucker Cousins Discussion Group to view and/or post messages. However, I think it is well worth the effort as it is free and currently it has 362 members, many of which are very good researchers. Do you know if anyone from your Tucker line has had a Y-DNA test done? Thank you, Tom Notify Administrator about this message?
