Could the following link be your Seaborn (Sebern) Tucker?

It has the right dates for your father and shows Sebern's grandfather as a Daniel Tucker. I seem to keep running into this Tucker line as I search for the father of Robert Tucker (1777 NC - 1866 AR), my wife's 4G grandfather.

My wife's second cousin once removed, Harold "Ray" Tucker (27981), is a participant in the Tucker Surname Project at Family Tree DNA.
