Automotive pioneer Preston Tucker

I am researching the Lincoln Park, Michigan life of automotive pioneer Preston Tucker. I need to verify the years that he lived at 1314 Warwick Street, Lincoln Park. Supposedly from the early 1920's - 1940, give or take a few years, he lived in Lincoln Park. 1314 Warwick Street was owned by Preston's mother from 1930 - 1958 but a land contract existed since 1924. Preston Tucker is said to have lived in homes on the Lincoln Park streets of Fort Park Boulevard, Gregory Street and Philomene Streets while a resident.

We need to verify residency at 1314 Warwick Street because we hope to honor the site, now a city-owned parking lot, with a Michigan Historical Marker.

I welcome any correspondance from any Tucker family members.
