I am still looking for connections to the family of Charles Lee who died 1799 Cumberland Co., VA. I found the following deed which appears to be a prenuptial agreement and am wondering if anyone has any information on WOOD TUCKER and who his daughter would be. She would be the mother of Ann N. Lee.
Joseph Dabbs LEE [JR] has been said to have married 1)unknown and 2)Sophia T. Garrett. Ann N. Lee was daughter of the unknown wife.
Campbell Co. Deed Book 23 p. 393 1/15/1839 Rec: 4/22/1839
Lucius Boyden of Buckingham Co. and ANN N. LEE daughter of JOSEPH D. LEE of Cumberland Co. and John W. Wilson and James Blanton both of Cumberland Co. of the third part - re personal estate of furniture, etc., calf, interest in Estate of WOOD TUCKER dec'd which interest amounts to 1/6 of her mother's portion in said estate and her personal interest in her father's Joseph D. Lee's estate.... s/Lucius Boyden, Ann N. Lee, John W. Wilson, James Blanton. Wit: Joseph Coleman, Alfred R. Watkins, Thomas T. Johnson.
