Diane, you probably corresponded (I'm guessing) with Jay Tucker, the son of Harlan and grandson of John Preston. He is a friend with whom I work. I worked on this genealogy for him in exchange for him teaching me how to do photos and add them to my family stories via computer.
I collected quite a bit, but it sounds like you may already have it on the Joseph Tucker-Ann Colby family. I recorded Joseph Tucker and his family from the censuses - 1850-60-70 & 80. I only recorded four children: Eastman Colby, Milo H; Wilbur Tracy and John Preston. I was uncertain whether or not David Tucker was their son, based on other records.
Send me your email address and I'll scan and send you the notes I made on Joseph and you can compare it with yours. I did not try to go back further than the birth of Joseph in New Hampshire. Plan to do some more reserch for my friend when I retire from work and have more time. I've been in this hobby for 45 years.
