PJ I found your mother on the 1930 census..YAY. I forwarded it to Tom and he will forward it to you. The Joseph is the right one because all of those kids are the ones that are the siblings to Helen. So I guess his name was Joseph Milton. I never could connect the Fosters up but I did try. I think that Joe and Mary Isabella were siblings. She was born in 1854 and he was born in 1860. His mother is in the household in the 1900 census you have. She was born in 1831 and in 1910 she is living in another household in Tarrant county. She is listed as the mother in law to the head of household. So the "SC" is her daughter. So perhaps SC, Mary and Joe are all siblings. If you want me to forward that census as well I will. I saved it this time so I dont have to go digging for it again. The ones on Jeremiah that I sent to Tom are more likely than not the actual ones. I noticed he named a child Willie short for William and then on top of that the Milton as a brother is another coincidence. I hope you can form a good paper trail to match all this up. I wish you luck. I am happy to have helped. If I find out anything more about the Foster side I will let you know or email Tom so he can email you.
