Maurice Pritchard of the same for 12 pds c.m...200 acres
on SS of Racoon Swammp in Albemarles Parish, being part
of a tract of 270 acres granted to Robert Webb on 24 March
1725 who sold this 200 acres to said Robert Tucker.
