Tunstalls in the Potteries

I descend from an Alphons Tunstall who was born in Canada sometime between 1835 and 1848 based on the fact that his wife was born in 1848. He married Corinne Yonge who lived at one time in Darien, Georgia. Her father was a trader. Alfons's daughter in law stated that he was an importer of wedgewood and haviland china into the U.S. and Canada. Alphons died in 1901 in N.Y.C.or the area.Perhaps Conn. or Brooklyn. It seems they must have had some connection to the Tunstalls in Northern England.
