Richard,

I see you have found the proverbial "brick walls' when it comes to the Scargill and Boynton lines.

However, the Lindsey/Lindsay is a rather lengthy ancestry. The main problem is that records during the plague years were rather sketchy. There were several Lindsey/Lindsay lines in the Yorkshire and Lancahire area that go back to common ancestors. The "missing links" that tie our Alice and Philip Lindsey to the specific lines are mostly those that are "thought to be". Still lacking specific proof.

On the Harrington/Harington/De Harington line, it is quite documented. Will be glad to share what I have researched to date.

Email me at johnsondr@yahoo.com. It may take me a while to get it all to you as i am working 6 days a week right now. Just be patient and bear with me.

Don
