Hi Martin,
Nice to hear from you, and sorry that I haven't (once again!)checked the postings for a while. The form you mention was actually instigated by my g.grandfather George Richard TUNSTALL from the Kent branch of the family. I have the correspondence between him and Phillimore's, but there were not enough people interested so the venture never went ahead. The TUNSTALL family is so diverse that I doubt anyone will ever link them all up, at the moment I am trying to link the London lot with my Kent family. Because of certain information that I have there certainly is a link, but just what??? The Cuthbert part of your name tells a lot as well, as Cuthbert TUNSTALL was Bishop of London and Durham in the time of Henry V111 - quite famous, there is lot on the web about him, and he was actually the illigitimate half brother to Sir Brian TUNSTALL who fell at Flodden. I won't go on any more just now, but you should be able to get my email address as I have ticked it to be displayed with messages, so I can let you have other info. if you are interested. I do have heaps on the family, but just where people fit in is very difficult to work out.
