Hi Glenda,
I think your Richard Tunstead may be the one born 2nd Dec. 1810 to Thomas and Dora of Old Leighlin Co.Carlow, Ireland. His siblings were: Susanna b.1799 ; Sarah b.1801; William b.1803; Anne b. 1806; Thomas b. 1808.
I found them while looking for my, William who was born 1808 to George Tunstead and Mary Connor(s) in the same area. So they were probably connected. My William married Sarah Walsh in 1854 and the emigrated to Australia the following year. They had children: Catherine 1856; George 1857 (my gr. grandfather); William 1859; Mary 1861; Thomas 1963; Sarah 1865. Can't find any info on them in Ireland so would appreciate any help.
