Carylee,

I found her! I went in on ancestry.com and her name came up taking me to a source that has a lot on the Tutor's. I have gone in on GenCircles many time before, as well. Both are great sites.

I believe that what was confusing me was her father, Isaac. It appears that Issac L. Tutor was married three times. Nettie is the daughter from his second wife.

I have been really fortunate in that I have been in touch with some of my distant relatives. One gentleman is from NC and the other is from MS. We are all distantly related. That makes it a great thrill for me.

I grew up knowing nothing about my NC and MS relatives. Having lost my father (gr-grandson of Temperance Tutor Weathers) at a very early age (5 yrs old), then having very little contact with his family, left me with absolutely no family knowledge.

My journey has been an absolute thrill for me! I am enjoying learning all about, not only distant relatives, but some of my more immediate family.

Thanks so much for your help, Carylee. It is much appreciated by me.

Best Wishes,

Dot
