Sorry Betty, I just discovered your reply. I am Juanita Roger's sister with whom you corresponded about the DOB of Febbie Etta Tutor, dau. of Joseph Harris Tutor. Her death record at the funeral home in Bonham, TX shows "Joe Tutor" as her father. I found Joseph Harris Tutor on the Basham Family Genealogy at Ancestry.com. Febbie Etta's first name is misspelled but it is my grandmother.
Also I found her at 2 yrs old on the 1870 MS census, post office of Tocopola county. Her father is shown as Harris but she and her brothers and sisters are listed.
Hope this helps. I have seen Joseph Harris' name listed as James Harris in other places too but have been unsuccessful in getting them corrected. Best Regards, Bobbie
