I can suggest some great sources for information on the Tutor family. "Tutor: The Families of Pontotoc County, Mississippi," by Betty Ann Hellums Rowland, Hazel Rodgers and Maxine Karr, printed in 1980, is an excellent starting place for information on the family. The book, "Pontotoc County Mississippi," printed in 1999 by the Rose Publishing Company in Humboldt, Tennessee, has many Tutor family stories and family histories in its many pages. These books may be located in the Pontotoc library. There is also a short Tutor/Tudor family history and genealogy about the Tutors/Tudors of North Carolina written by H.G. Tudor. The book, "Rowan County Heritage" has a short history about William Madison Tutor and his son, Reuben Tudor, which was written by Evelyn Tudor Stallings.
