Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

John W. Tutor b. April 1880, Harnett County NC m. 30 Sept 1881, Minnie O. Truelove b. June 1881, Harnett County NC. John W. was one of 11 children of Marshall A. Tutor and Laura J. ? . Marshall was apparently the only one of 7 children of Owen Tutor and Lucinda Dennis that did not move to MS. This Owen Tutor was one of 10 children of Owen Tutor (ca. 1774) and Lucinda Senter. Ther is much more information about this line in "TUTOR, The Families of Pontotoc County, Mississippi Emigrating from Cumberland County, North Carolina 1848", Compiled by Betty Ann Hellums Rowland with Hazel Dewdrop Collums Rodgers and Maxine Deloris Henderson Karr.
