You are right James Wylie was from WV. Somewhere along the line they were in
Hancock, Ill where Samuel Tutor was born.
I know we have alot of family in Ill still I
just can't locate all of them, also in Davenport, IA area. I am a
ggggrandaughter of James Wylie, Samuel Morgan Tutor was my grandfather. Have you been able to find out who James Wylie's parents are?
Well I will go for now, if you have any questions just e-mail me at dbell@willinet.net
Thanks Deanna
