My grandmother, Bernice Twitchell Tilton, and her sister traced their ancestors back to the 1500's in England. Benjamin Twitchell arrived in Dorchester, MA in 1633. I am 11th generation American descending from his son Benjamin, born in Dorchester, MA in 1650, and wife Mary Riggs. If you are researching a branch of Twitchells that lived in MA (1600's), NH (1700's), and ME (late 1700's to present), or had first names of Ebenezer, Gershom, Josiah, Eli, or Charles, I may be able to provide many names and dates.
