ROBERT TWITCHELL m. CICELY, but how can it be WALLER?

Concerning the supposed parents of our immigrant Benjamin Twitchell:

Cecelia or Cecily Waller was born in 1603 and married a Tomkins. She is the daughter of Robert Waller of Agmondesham and Anne Hampden. (Daughter of Griffin Hampden of Hampden).

Robert Waller is the son of Edmund Waller of Coles Hill and Agmondesham, b. 1530, who married Cicelie Bell. Cecily Waller, then was named for her paternal Grandmother.

There are no records of Cecily Waller being born at Chesham in 1560. (not that I can find). There seems to be no primary record of Richard Twitchells marriage to Cecily. We only know of her from the baptisms of their children. There are several other Cecilys born at Chesham of a comparable age, and I don't understand very well why people trust that it was Cecily Waller that Richard Twitchell married?

Does anyone have some specific information for me that will help clear this up?
