Peggy -
Just had to tell you this story....

Nearly six years ago my husband and I were honeymooning in a rented house in Randolph, NH. The closest towns of any size, as I'm sure you are aware, are Berlin and Gorham. We were driving past the cemetery on the main street in Gorham when I happened to spot a Twitchell headstone. This, of course, required a "stop the car!"

Suffice to say, I spent a half day of my honeymoon in the local records office and cemeteries chasing down Twitchell graves and taking pictures of Twitchell gravestones.

Odd, if interesting, souvenir pictures from our honeymoon, but it left my new husband with no doubts about my interest in genealogy!

Come join us on the Twitchell Club, if you aren't already a member -
