I am trying to locate someone that has a copy of the following book. It not only list the names of the bride and groom, but their ages and where they were from.
ANDERSON COUNTY TEXAS MARRIAGES 1846-1875 Frances Terry Ingmire and Martha S. Russell. Signal Mountain, TN: Mountain Press, 1985. Soft Cover. 8 1/2 x 11.
The marriage that I am interested in is:
William C. WARD to Sarah MURPHY 06 DEC. 1848.
I am trying to prove or disprove that they are my husband's gr gr grandparents. The only records I have on them are the 1850, 1860, 1870, & 1880 census & of course they do not give me her maiden name, but they do tell me their ages and where they were born. If I could find this book it should tell me if they are the same couple.
