Now I can share the above info with you for future reference
William's mother Sintha Ann Neal was my gggrandfather's William Daniel Mitchum aka Michum half sister's
Susan Ann White Wilkerson Neal's daughter
so William was my 2nd half cousin twice removed
By the way i noticed your last name is Laird
any connection to the Laird Family of Tyler or Limestone co TX if so then you are related to me also
Hilliard Durdino aka Durdin b 1793 Montgomery Co GA d 1863 Tyler Co TX had a dau named Edith "Eda" Durdin who married Joseph R Laird b 1820 d Limestone co TX 1883
They married in Jasper Co TX abt 1842 but lived in both Tyler and Limestone Co TX as well
They all came from Simpson Co MS
Hilliard was my 4th grandmother Martha Durdin Crockett's brother
William comes in through my maternal grandmother's family the Mitchum/Michum
Hilliard comes in through my maternal grandfather's family the Crockett's
I just thought I would ask about your Laird Family
since I am also connected to some Laird's
Joseph D Jobe was a mechanic by trade and a WW 2 Veteran as well
