OK, where did your parents get married - it has to be somewhere on the coast area. This will have Elaine's maiden name (especially important ) and maybe her middle name - you have to find it . I was very helpful in uniting an adopted 52 year old with her birthmother , just last week . This birth mother has been waiting 52 years to hear from her child and she and her 4 other children are very excited. I n a quick search of the Tx Marriage records , I found an Elaine Baker (47) marrying on 1/1/1976 ( this makes the dates right ).
