Looking for information on my g-grandfather Leo HENKEL. Came to Mexico with Maximilian, serving 1864-67. Went to Rockport TX (Refugio/Aransas Co) then to Austin TX by 1870. Married (1) Anna _____ Abt 1868/9 (2) Cora GRUNDT Abt 1885/6. He operated a barber shop and bathhouse in Austin for 27 years. Leo died 1897. Children Marie/Mary, Leona, Edward, Sophia.
