I found more Comers of my line in Texas
James J. Comer born July 1848 in Shelby County, Al. married Susie (probably Silman)
children: Martha F, Dora M., Columbus C, George W who married Effie Stephens, (children Ej. or J.J , Inez, Floyd, Francis M.) James A. ,William Horace Comer married Opal (children: Uzella, J.T., Edith, Christine and Lizzie Pearl) and Walter Possibly Walter W. ( children Willie L. Julian L. and Susie G). This family was in Limestone County in 1900 and Moved Franklin County and found them there in 1920 and 1930
Another research found this family in Archer in 1910 census.
James A. could be James V (possibly Vernon) married to Dovie Inez ????
