Back in the 1940's, Grandpa was Postmaster for Armstrong, and lived at the train depot and next to the gate (entrance) to the Kings Ranch. He was killed mysterously. No one would ever talk about his death when I visited the funeral home and in Kingsville, Texas, where he is buried in the King-Armstrong Family Plot. ?????? Ann Armstrong was Treasurer for the United States in the 70's.
