You might try the public library in Claude, county seat for Armstrong Co. If they don't have old local newspapers, they should know who might. I don't know if there is a genealogical society in Armstrong, but there is one in neighboring Potter Co. You might try contacting them, see if someone could tell you where and how to obtain an obit.
