I am looking for information on my grandmother's grandmother, La Clarissa La Pointe Hargrave. She was born Aug. 1, 1822 in Louisianna and she died March 27, 1907 in Texas. She married Orillian Elijah Hargrave in 1843in Louisianna. They had 10 children. They lived in Vermillion Parish, Loiusianna. In 1855 she gave birth to John Elijah Hargrave in San Patricio, Grimes County Texas. He was her 5th child She lived in Charco Atascosa county Texas. They are in the 1880 census for Atascasa.
