If this is the right John Hutchins and I'm almost positive it is, His mother's name was Nancy Francis and she married second Husband John Nichols of Bellville, Austin co aprox 1837. she had additional children with Nichols. I am connected by marriage to step brother Thomas Nichols who married Regina Fischer and there are other instances of Fischer/fisher relations marrying Hutchins of Austin county. If interested I can share what info I have if you think this is the right person.
