Samuel/Lucy Payne, FL to AR/OK to Bastrop

Looking for any information on Samuel Payne b. 1820 in Florida, wife named Lucy who may also be from Florida. They moved from Arkansas/Oklahoma, possibly Indian Territory where two children were born. Children's names are Toby (or Tobe) b. 1862 in Arkansas, and Molly b. 1866 in Arkansas. The family is found living in Bastrop, Texas in the 1880 census; Samuel and the childrens' race are listed as mulatto, possibly of Indian descent. Toby lived in the Bastrop area and married Ellen Duval. Molly may have married a Jerome (John) Hunt. I do not know if Samuel and Lucy remained in the area. I need any info including death dates and places of burial for Samuel and Lucy.
