Robert Allen Simmons was born 15 April 1846 in Georgia, died in March of 1922/25 Bomarton,Baylor County, Texas, married Mary Louisa Cassle 17 August 1871 in Ellis County, Texas.Both are buried at Cache Creek Cemetery in Seymour, Baylor County, Texas. They were the parents of five daughters and one son, Mattie, Mary Elizabeth, Belle, Frances,George Allen Sr. and Amelia May Simmons. George Allen Simmons Sr. married my grandaunt Elizabeth (Lizzie)Florence Crabb Feb. 17, 1918.Both are also buried at Cache Creek Cemetery.
Descendants with surnames Butler,Cassle,Chambers,Crabb,Dykes,Helms,High,Maxwell,
Simmons,and Thomas are probably related to these folks in some manner if their ancestors at one time lived in the Bomarton, Seymour, Baylor County area. Any info that you have will be greatly appreciated. Thankyou in advance.
