Hello my name is Bob Nelson and I beleive Lottie Wheat was my Grandmother. She was married to Joseph Andrew Wheat who was a lawyer and possibly a judge for Baylor County.I don't know the exact location of the marriage, but I do know that they had relatives in Amarillo possibly a Senator.I hope this helps .
