Here's what I found on this family. It is kind of confusing so I will try to post it in such a way that it will hopefully make sense.

Are you sure Frances was a Herrington? I find her listed as a "house super" for several Herrington siblings as Mrs. Frances Craft in 1930 ( I will transcribe it below). I found the parents of these Herrington siblings as well as other children of those Herrington's, but I didn't find a daughter Frances.

I then went looking for the Craft family and found the mother and siblings of Boone Craft, I believe. Most of what I found is based on census info.

1930 Bell co TX 7-J pct. pg.245
John G. Herrington 38, s, TX MS MS
Queen H. sister, 50, s, TX MS MS
Elizabeth sister, 32, s, TX MS MS
Mrs. Frances Craft, house super, 35, wd, TX TX TX
Jack S. Craft, lodger, 7, TX KY TX

The parents of John G. Herrington are John Granberry Herrington and Elvira Jane Collins (from familysearch.org)
In 1910 she indicate she had 11 living children. From the 1880 and 1900 census I am able to determine their children were: Wade, Richard, William, Queen, Felix, Belle, Texana, Clark, John G., Jr., Allie E. and Elizabeth. (no Frances, the only daughter that is about the right age is Allie, but the census shows her middle initial as E. It's possible that could be an error. However, in the census in 1930 where Frances is Mrs. Craft, she indicates her parents were both born in TX and the other Herrington's show their parents born in MS which other census also show. Something to investigate further, I suppose)

Now to the Craft family:

1900 Morgan co KY, 2 Dist, pg 161
Clinton Higgins, Apr 1844, 56, wd, KY KY KY
Sarah N. Craft, dau, Nov 1873, 26, m. 8 yrs., 4 children, KY
Gomer C. Craft, son, June 1893, 6, KY
Walter B. Craft, son, Apr 1895, 5, KY (believe this is Boone...see 1920)
Rebecca A Craft, dau, Feb 1897, 3, KY
Benjamin M. Craft, son, Sep 1899, 6 mo., KY (believe this is Milborn)

(Sarah's husband's name is not listed, even though she indicates she is married. You may need to do a little more digging around KY to see if you can find Boone's father's name, since he isn't listed on the census, at least not with his family)

I find in 1880 Black Water, Morgan co KY an H.C. Higgins, 36; wife Mary A., 25, with a daughter Sarah N. B. age 6. Other children are Mary I, 4; Susan J., 2 and Richard M., 4 mo. I believe this is Sarah's family.

In 1910 it's a little confusing. Sarah has remarried and they are in OK. Gomer and Boone are laborers and living in different households...Boone is even in a neighboring county.

1910 McClain co OK, Goldsby twp. pg. 176
Gromer (sic) Craft 17 KY KY KY in the home of James S. Boyd

The next household is
George Patterson 24, KY MO IL
Sarah , wife, 36, md twice, this marriage 3 yrs., 5 children/4 living, KY KY KY
Milburn, son 10 OK KY KY ( I believe this is her son from first marriage)
Pearl dau., 2 OK KY KY

In the neighboring county of Grady OK, Waldron Twp. I find
Boon Craft, 14, KY KY KY as a laborer in the home of Samuel Bunger

1920 Smith co TX, Tyler, pg 259
Sarah Hagens, 46, wd, KY
Gomar Craft son, 26, KY
Boone Craft, son, 24 KY
Milborn Craft, son, 20, OK
Bula Patterson, dau, 7, TX

1930 Harris co TX, Houston
Sarah N. Hagens, 55, wd, KY
Gomer C Craft, son, 36, wd, KY
Benjamin M. Craft, son, 30, s, KY
Bulah P, dau, 17, s, TX
Alison, son, 2 6/12, TX
(in the census the last name is given first. It shows Craft for Gomer C. and a dash for each child after. Usually that indicates the same last name, but in the previous census Bulah was a Patterson. I don't know who the father of this 2 yr. old son was.

Hope this helps give you a few pieces to work with.
