I finally found where Howard aka Old Howard TX in Bell co TX was on the map for anyone interested they may view 2 maps at this address
http://www.lib.utexas.edu/maps/topo/texas/
Choose B for Bell co and then 1924 Map or choose T for Temple and choose 1890 or 1918 Maps
Howard is located on the map just below to the left of Pendleton
FM 1237 that runs from Pendleton to Airport Road in Temple is the road that Pendleton Cem is located on
Buried in this Cem is my ggrandmother's nephew Walter Lee Nixon
If you leave Pendleton Cem and go back towards I 35 on FM 1237 the first road to the right is called Old Howard Road
This Road is where Howard TX used to be
It took me awhile to discover this so I thought I would pass this along to others who might be seeking Howard TX
My ggrandfather William "Willie" Rufus Michum was b in the Old Howard Community Bell co TX 17 Jul 1883
