looking for information on my parents James Edward Scott born abt 1950 my mother is Kathy Fern Wise born abt 1957 her parents are possibly Doyal and Bobbi Wise (divorced), my mother could not care for us after seperating from our father and we were sent to foster homes and later put up for adoption, if anyone could help me find information or lead me in the right path it would be greatly appreciated I was born in 1972 in Texarkana texas, thank you Ted
