Does anyone have a Tex Census index for 1900-1910? Need lookup please

Is there an every name index for the 1900 Tex census?
If so our small library doesn't have one.
I sure could use some help finding my grandparents.

I am looking for two families.

1 John or JDW Owens b 1846 Harris Co Tex
wife Julia F Howell Owens b 1851 Harris Co Tex
Daughter Clara Owens b 1886 maybe also Harris Co, Tx
Clara would be about 14 years old in the 1900 Census.
After her marriage they lived in Brazoria, and Harris counties so I don't know if perhaps she and her parents lived in Brazoria Co about 1900 or not.

2 Looking for James or JP Beck b ca 1880 Tx
His parents were James or JP Beck and wife Kate b. Ky
They were They were said to have lived in Brazoria, Galveston Harris and maybe Fort Bend counties so I am not sure what county they were in for 1900 census.
