Now, Cage is probably a nickname and I think this is him on the 1880 census Wise Co, TX, if so you pick up name of Lizzie's mother, and her mother's father is living with the family, too.

If you go to Rootsweb's WorldConnect -- http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi -- Type in Read, Oliver, born 1820 + or - 5 years, and you'll find others working on this line. The one showing him dying in Wise Co, TX is probably more accurate.
You can find others working on the Buford line, too. Type in Buford, Polk and you'll see others working on that one, also.
