Oh, I forgot to add that Nancy SPRAGINS [SPRAGGINS] and I. C. HASKINS [HOSKINS]were married in Blount County, Alabama, on June 19, 1823. (I have done considerable research on Thomas Spraggins. He was responsible for organization of the first Baptist church at Independence, Texas, established in on the Saturday before the first Sunday of September of 1839. It was due to the organization of this church that the establishment of Baylor University grew.)
