I found Sterling Blackwell, 1860 Census, Hall Co. Georgia.
They were in Texas in 1880.
born 1841,age 19
living with parents S.W.Blackwell and Lucy.
several siblings, none names Harry.

The only census I could find Harry J. Blackwell,B:TX 1862, was 1900, Jefferson Co. TX.Wife,Mona.

There is a Blackwell tree, on ancestry.com Is it yours? Looked like they are searching for his parents also.
